Resolved: 2006

Oh yeah...it was awesome. More than that though, God is awesome. In these next few days I will be posting about the sermons given at the conference along with some pictures. This is a picture of my friend, Jessie (Jason's sister) and I waiting for the next preacher. The simple outline for posting will be this:

Rick Holland: Resolutions
John MacArthur: Prodigal Son (God's joy is greatest in redemption)
Carolyn Mahaney: True Beauty
Steve Lawson: Narrow Gate (the best gospel sermon I've ever heard)
C.J. Mahaney: Extravagent Devotion
Rick Holland: The Sacrifice of Isaac
Steve Lawson: Sovereign God
C.J. Mahaney: Sovereign Love
John MacArthur: Sufficiency of Scripture

(L-R) Holland, MacArthur, Lawson, and Mahaney.

My hope is to write a bit about each sermon in the coming days. If I can't get to all of them, I'll pick my favorites (which is going to be hard to do).

Glad you had a good time!!! I look forward to reading about what you were indoctrinated with. Just kidding. John MacArthur and the sufficiency of Scripture? Hmmm…I’ll have fun with that one, especially since I already know what he thinks on the matter. :) May God bless you this week!

Well, it's about time y'all posted something. :D

I'm glad you enjoyed the conference. Wish I could have spent more time talking with you Medford folks.

I look forward to your writings for each of the sermons. But that must mean your pen actually did work on that notebook (Apparently, there has been much discussion about the ink from the pens not working on that glossy paper). :) Anyways, God bless.

I am glad you had a great time. Sounds like it was a blast. I am still jealous, even though the conference is over. I'll have to get it on CD. Looking forward to hearing about it from you. I pray that God may grant you the enablement to put to practice the things you heard. Many blessings upon you.
Peace

C.J. is one powerhouse preacher. I will always remember the message he gave about the sniper when I was going to his church. I will also never forget the Sunday morning when we welcomed new members into the church and the vows he maid to them.

I'm sure resolved was a life changer for you. I'm sure Dan will order the d.v.d.s A.S.A.P.

Well back to work for me

See ya

Thanks everyone, it's good to be back. Dan(T&Z), it was good meeting you and your friends. I got your message you left on my phone Sunday night Monday morning. That was super of you to invite me and my friend folks to Grace for food. Too bad I missed the call. Thanks though.

My pen worked on Holland's first sermon. After that, it's all in my notebook... :)
