Pita Sandwich with Avocado

On a lighter note, here is a really good pita bread recipe.

You'll need:

Some pita bread, sliced in half (along the edge)

Mash and mix together:

Avocados
Lemon juice
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Sea salt
(just guesstimate with small pinches)

Spread some of the avocado mixture onto one pita half.

Then, layer on these:

Cucumber (thinly sliced)
Tomatoes (thinly sliced)
Onion (thinly sliced)
Alfalfa or Cove sprouts

Top with other pita half.

Enjoy!
